What is eAuction?
eAuction is an online bidding system that gives you a better bidding experience literally from anywhere. Developed with the customer in mind and more convenient especially during this pandemic.

How can I register for the eAuction?
You can register eAuction via browser or mobile. To register eAuction, follow the below steps:
1. Go to arenaauctioneers.com
2. Click on the “Login” tab on the eAuction web landing page.
2. You can see "Register" below Login button. Click on Register to register your account.
3. Fill in all the required details.
4. Click the activation link sent to your email and activate your account.
How much of a deposit should you ask for?
All intended bidders are required to deposit with the Auctioneer ten per cent (10%) of the reserve price.
What if I failed in the bidding process, is the deposit will be refunded?
Yes, the deposit will be refunded.
How long does it take for refunds to process?
Refunds can take 1-3 working days to complete. If you deposited by online transfer, we will refund you 1-3 working days meanwhile if you deposit by bank draft, we will refund you immediately.
